What's new

0.2.52

- Tighten the space beneath available/completed map quest portraits. Fit the bronze divider inside the measured header instead of reserving an extra text row. Anchor portrait and divider to the same live header bottom, with a six-unit gap below the portrait border; preserve separation from body text when details change.
- Stop ordinary preview refreshes, periodic source refreshes and duplicate model callbacks from resetting a loaded camera or restarting its idle animation. Reframe once after a real model/viewport/scale change. Keep creature/object camera distance static while retaining their rotation and item breathing.
- Keep pending model geometry transparent until the confirmed asset receives its final deferred camera. Treat the native file ID as authoritative over stale legacy paths, check direct display/file requests, and fence reentrant readiness callbacks. Retain model reuse and rapid reanchors.
- Preserve a custom tracker model or in-flight request when progress/context data still resolves to the same entity and asset, including the existing same-creature fallback. Actual target changes and portrait opt-out retain their cleanup. No new timers, per-frame tracker scans or map-pin rebuilds.
- Add 86 portrait stability checks across nine map/native-tracker presentations and custom tracker ready/pending contexts. Reproduce 66 stability failures and 48 compact-spacing failures against byte-verified 0.2.51.

0.2.51

- Reserve a blank row for the bronze divider beneath available/completed map quest portraits. Center the divider in that row so it has clear space above and below, including expanded quest details and wrapped descriptions. Strengthen the 309-check geometry suite to require spacing rather than only preventing overlap.
- Add **Quest tracker → Questie tooltip size** and **Questie objective preview size** when **Use default Questie tracker** is on. Independently scale the text tooltip and its single-objective picture from 10% to 200%. Completed-title portraits follow their text tooltip. Preview changes, then Save without a reload; Close/combat closure discards unsaved edits.
- Gate the same controls in standard Questie options by tracker mode/profile. Preserve previous inherited sizes when migrating, leave map sizes independent, and keep both values when saving a tracker-mode switch that uses the existing automatic reload. Add 31 real sizing/portrait-row checks and 24/9 real settings checks with default/custom tracker modes; reproduce the old portrait spacing and missing control failures in byte-verified 0.2.50.

0.2.50

- Make default Questie tracker title hovers compact for incomplete quests. Hover an objective row beneath the title to preview one matching creature or object, including a single source for items with multiple droppers. Completed quest titles retain their turn-in portrait.
- Pass the hovered row's native objective index into its preview and clear stale presentation when Questie recycles a row for another objective, even within the same quest. Preserve map overviews, custom tracker behavior, native hover callbacks, click bindings and quest focus.
- Add 30 regressions using each supported Questie version's actual TrackerLine factory and the real tooltip/preview/entity modules. Cover compact titles, sparse objective indices, creature/object/item/spell/kill-credit rows, unavailable models, completion, Wanted quests, repeated hover, same-quest row reuse, leave/hide/opt-out cleanup and native write barriers. Both oversized preview cases reproduce in byte-verified 0.2.49.

0.2.49

- Fix available/completed quest tooltip footer shading and its divider when quest details expand or collapse. Anchor the header, action plates and footer to the live rendered text and tooltip edges, so delayed native layout cannot leave a dark strip below the window or a line through description text.
- Keep the change scoped to available/completed map quest tooltips. Preserve objective/tracker layouts and reuse existing artwork without adding refresh scans or timers. Add 309 checks against the actual Questie tooltip renderer, covering both input modes, portraits on/off, wrapped descriptions, width changes, repeated toggles, pooled tooltip reuse and cleanup.
