Questie Forever

Updated to work (mostly) with WoW Forever beta, new quests will also appear on map using blizzards api.
! marks on map for available quests will however not show forever quests, all the other ones it still shows fine.

Works well in tandem with blizzards objective tracker as well.

Removed questie tracker since blizzard one is superior.

Known bugs at the moment with this version:

Leatrix plus Enhance minimap / Combine addon buttons will cause problems

Saved variables are bugged on forever right now so don't expect settings to save.

Non-english clients might have critical bugs still and crash the addon.
