Description
Plays a sound file when a quest has been completed.
Commands:
- /qcomp - for menu screen.
- /qcomp on - turn sound on.
- /qcomp off - turn sound off.

Credits:
- The only sound file I created was little Gadgetz, all other sounds are from Star Craft except for quest complete which is from Carbonite.
