Cataclysm Pre-Patch Update

Build: 4.4.0

Bumping TOC for initial pre-patch, but with the level cap still at 80 at this point, accepting quests will still show 0 XP (it receives the XP reward as part of what the game tells you at the point you accept it).

Don't think there's an easy way of auto-detecting if Cata is live to work it out automatically... may have to be a small release once live.
