This add-on attempts to simulate the original quest UI experience of classic/vanilla World of Warcraft in a light-weight, straight forward, manor.
Features:
- Typewriter style text scrolling in the quest window, and the classic sound effects to go with it.
- Text fade in effects
- Hiding the quest objectives and quest rewards until that text has been displayed.
- Disabling the accept quest button until the text has completed typing out.
Future plans:
- The sound effects aren't 100% accurate, I think classic used less sounds more infrequently than I do here.
- In-game configuration
- Improve the accuracy of text typwriter speed and fade in effects. Right now this is just eyeballing it.
