Quest Origin 1.1.0

• New name in the addon list: "Quest Origin" (it was "Forever Quest Tint", which is another author's addon). Nothing to do when updating.
• The quest log now shows it too: a small star next to Forever quests in the list, "Forever Quest" on the quest's details page, and a "Forever Quest" line when you hover a quest.
• NPC quest lists: a star after Forever quests, so you can tell before you open one.
• Hover the "Forever Quest" label to see what it means.
• New settings page (Options > AddOns > Quest Origin, or /questorigin): turn each place on or off, and optionally label original Classic quests with "Classic Quest".
• More accurate: about 220 original Classic quests (for example the priest racial quests) were wrongly called "Forever Quest". The quest list is now built from Blizzard's own Classic game data.
