Your party's quest progress, combined.
Quest As One replaces the quest tracker with one built for groups. When you quest with friends who also run Quest As One, every goal becomes a shared one: 8 ore each for two players reads 16/16, and everyone's progress adds up in one bar, gold for you and blue for your party.
Features
- A group quest tracker. Quest cards with progress bars, sorted by the zone you're in, then by level. Scrolls when it gets long; you choose how tall it may get.
- Who has what. Quests you share with the party, quests only you have, quests they have that you don't, and ones you've already done, each in its own section.
- Share and Ask. A Share button when someone is missing a quest you have, and an Ask button for theirs. Requests queue up and show one at a time, never mid-fight.
- Progress you can feel. A progress bar pops up when the group makes progress, and a Quest Complete banner shows who did what when the group finishes a quest.
- Journeys. When your group ends you get a summary: time together, zones, quests, experience. The journal (
/qao journal) remembers everyone you've quested with, and their tooltip does too. - Quest items. Item buttons beside quests, plus a key binding that uses your top quest's item.
- The small things. Quest timers, Elite/Dungeon/Group tags, quest icons on nameplates, a minimap button, and a layout editor to move and resize everything.
Good to know
- Everyone in your group needs Quest As One for combined numbers. Players without it simply aren't counted, so goals never become impossible.
- It only changes what you see: nothing about the quests themselves changes.
- Made for WoW Forever. This is a beta; if something looks wrong,
/qao debuggives a copy-paste report of what the addon sees.

Original work
Quest As One is an original addon, written from scratch. It is not a fork, port or derivative of any other addon and contains no code from one. All of its code is my own.
Credit where it's due: the idea of spotting quest mobs on nameplates by reading the game's own tooltip lines is a common technique, popularised by Plater and also used by QuestTogether. Quest As One uses that idea with its own implementation; it shares no code with either addon.
