Quest Announcer 5 announces your quest progress to party chat, guild chat, focus target, and locally to help you and your friends stay in the loop. I play with my wife alot, and I was missing this functionality. I forked this from QuestAnnouncer4 Link Here, and updated for Midnight Pre Patch. All credits to the original authors.
I'm thinking of expanding the functionality, let me know in the comments if there's anything you'd like to see added.
