Some simple configuration options you can set.
Nearly normal display. (DW Shaman will not see a swing timer on top of Quartz)
Alternate display with Player bar Unlocked.
Offhand proc of windfury.
This is a LOD module for Quartz.
It's purpose is to display the three second internal Windfury Attack cooldown triggered on procs.
There are many mods that do this for Shaman but I felt they were becoming too clunky with extra features like Stormstrike, Shock, and misc other timers. Not to mention the need to find more valuable screen space to put them.
If you are an Enhancement Shaman you want a mod like this so that you do not trigger Stormstrike during a WF cooldown. Stormstrike provides extra swings, thus extra chances for WF to proc. If you use SS during a WF cooldown you have just wasted those extra swings.
If you are familiar with Quartz's Swing timer then you will be familiar with this addon. It attaches a depleting bar under the castbar (Swing timer is on top).
In the screenshot you will notice that Lightning Bolt appears as I'm stabbing. This is not normal display. I unlocked the bar so it would show, so you can get an idea how it all fits together. Be advised that I was Elemental at capture time, resulting in loldpslrn2play numbers.
