Quartz - Midnight

Fixed or refactored core modules to ensure WoW 12.0 compatibility and avoid lua errors.

-Both Target and Focus cast bars have been updated to inherit all the core security and visual improvements from the Cast Bar system, including the new overlay for non-interruptible casts. Additionally, they now correctly disable and hide the modern Blizzard Target and Focus cast bars to prevent UI overlap.
-The Player Cast Bar has been updated to fully support recent mechanics, including a complete implementation of Empowered spell stages and charge tiers for classes like Evokers. Channeling ticks now adjust dynamically based on your active talents to match the latest The War Within spell changes.
-Target and focus casting bars updated for Midnight to ensure accurate status tracking. A new secure overlay system now correctly displays non-interruptible states without requiring access to secret values.
-The GCD module has been refactored to ensure compatibility with Midnight, replacing the spark bar (not working with secret values) with a radial cooldown icon.
-The enemy casts module has been refactored to work with Midnight. The casting detection logic now uses a nameplate scanning approach instead of combat log parsing. This ensures compatibility with Midnight by eliminating calculations on protected/secret values.
