• Options menu extended to include a checkbox for toggling the vehicle seat display. This setting is now persistent across sessions.
• New checkbox in the options menu to control the persistent visibility of the quest log. This setting is also saved across sessions.

• Tooltip for the minimap button has been enhanced to include neon green and yellow text colors, and its size dynamically adjusts based on the text length.
• Synchronization between the quest log visibility toggle through the minimap button, slash command, and the new checkbox in the options menu.
• Code structure improvements for better maintainability and readability, including the introduction of functions for recurring logic like toggling quest log display.

• Issues with settings not being properly saved across sessions.
