Improved unlocked frame movement. Disabled grid snapping by default to prevent slight position rollback after dragging. Fine-tuned arrow-key position adjustments to 1-pixel steps and fixed minor coordinate offsets for more precise alignment. 优化了解锁状态下的框架拖拽手感，移动更加自然流畅。 默认关闭“拖动后自动吸附网格”，避免松开鼠标后框架出现轻微回弹。 优化设置面板中的方向箭头微调功能： 单次移动幅度由较大步进调整为 1 像素精细移动； 修正自由拖拽后可能残留的小数坐标偏差； 让箭头微调与手动拖拽的位置更容易精准对齐。
