qUserKey - bind a key to any spell, item or macro

Substantially reduced the number of events that prompted UserKey to rescan your inventory. As it turns out, several of the events were redundant and unnecessary. This version is fine tuned to the bare minimum number of events to monitor. This should improve performance, especially on slower machines, especially when looting.
