Switched around some of the config buttons Arena health reporting now works Arena trinket sound effects and reporting now works Changed /help to /lighthelp Inlog lines are reduced to 2 instead of 4

Prints who was killed and with what spell/how much damage it did when the players gets a killing blow on someone. Plays League of Legends sound files when getting killing blows(firstblood , double kill etc). Plays a shutdown sound when the player gets killed. Ability to track the daily amount of hks and honor gained. Prints the oposing arena enemies max health. Prints and plays a sound file when arena enemies pop their trinket Ability to print stats containing information about amount of hks, honor, conquest.
