Added more trinket procs. Removed the requirement of 10 stacks for Tigereye Brew - other than right after the pull, it only flashes with 10+ stacks for me still.

still all drycoded: fixed the code for damage taken in the last 2sec, added AoE stun and Breath of Fire to tanking AoE rotation
