Fixed

• Error in PARTY_READY: attempt to call a nil value. InviteUnit has moved into C_PartyInfo; the global no longer exists on this client. The call threw at exactly the moment the group came together.
• The same applied to LeaveParty and threatened ChatFrame_SendTell. All three now go through PGM.API, which resolves whichever form exists at load — one place to look when the next function moves.
• Why no test caught it: the mocks defined InviteUnit globally. They now mirror the real client's C_PartyInfo, and the old call fails seven assertions.
