Fixes

• Fixed Eradicating Salvo (Plexus Sentinel) not awarding points for soaking.
• Fixed Energy Cutter (Plexus Sentinel) not deducting points for getting hit.
• Removed Displacement Matrix (Plexus Sentinel) from deducting points for getting hit i.e. it is unavoidable damage most of the time.
• Replaced Soulfire Convergence (Soulbinder) with Soulrend Orb (flying orbs) for deducting points for getting hit.
• Increased the damage taken thresholds for Living Silk (Loomithar) for deducting points for getting hit i.e. it is unavoidable damage most of the time.
• Added Arcane Echo (Forgeweaver Araz) damage done to award points for average add damage.
• Removed Encroaching Oblivion (Soul Hunters) from deducting points for getting hit i.e. this needs a more custom code to be implemented later on.
• Fixed The Hunt (Soul Hunters) not awarding points for soaking.
• Only Manaforged Titan (Nexus King) now awards points for average add damage.
