PublicOrderViewer

Displays how many public orders you have and how long until you get a new one

Usage:

• Open public orders on the character you want to list
• Type /pov to show
• The X button can be used to close it, and the refresh button to update
• Use /pov remove charactername if you want to remove a character from the list

Currently it doesn't differentiate between professions, so if you open the Enchanting orders it will first set to how many enchanting orders you can do, but if you then open the Alchemy one it will overwrite it. May add this feature later depending on how complex it is as I'd just like to keep it simple.
