Coby's Public Order Whisper (POW!)

Whisper a customer directly from public crafting orders with a custom message, item link and tip amount. Offer personal orders from the profession table, with an option to edit your whisper before sending.
What's new
Ready-made messages, a redesigned settings window, and a handful of small fixes.
- Ready-made messages: under Message, pick one in "Start from", press "Use this message", then make it your own.
- Chips: the buttons under the message box put , or in where you are typing.
- The settings window is redesigned, with three pages: Message, Bubbles and Sending. The Message page shows your whisper as the customer will read it and measures a sample in bytes.
- "Send test to myself" now sends the text in the box, even before you apply it.
- An order with no tip now reads 0g, and an order whose item link comes back empty says "your item" instead of leaving a gap.
- A bubble's tooltip no longer says "Click to send" when no message is set, and the minimap addon list tooltip now matches the other Coby addons.
