Psycho's Forever Helper

Psycho's Forever Helper is a Dungeon Journal and companion for WoW: Forever. Open it with /pfh and find dungeons, raids, bosses, loot, quests, guides, interactive map, a searchable Database and your characters in one window. It is free, collects no personal data and never automates play.

## What it does

**Dungeons and Raids**
The 13 dungeons in the Forever beta (the first three raids show Coming soon until December 9), with bosses, abilities, loot (with upgrade hints), quests, entrances and floor-by-floor maps. Journal boss icons and portraits, and a tick on every dungeon you finish.

**Guides**
Quest routes for Alliance and Horde with map pins and TomTom waypoints. Guides for Forever's new systems: Merchant's Favor, Camping, Legacy, the Spring 2027 legendary, Library Books, the new factions and vendors, the Black Market, new zones and travel, the level 30 checklist, bags and other quest rewards, PvP ranks and rewards, the Darkspear Islands battleground, class changes for Hunter, Mage, Rogue, Priest and Paladin, and all twelve professions with every trainer pinned.

**Database**
Search every item, quest and creature the addon knows, plus everything it has recorded for you. Category tree, filters, "done" marks on quests, waypoints from a right click and a wish list. Forever item facts (rarity, item level, stats) are shown for dungeon rewards, with a note on items the Forever client does not have.

**Map**
A zoomable map with flight masters, boats and zeppelins, dungeon and raid entrances (blue swirl icons), green zone-exit arrows with the zone name, trainers, rares (zones up to level 35), your quests, your own pins and your TomTom waypoints (green dots, right-click to remove). A Zones list and a Find box jump to any zone. Click into cities such as Booty Bay. Ctrl-click sets the game's own map pin.

**Characters**
Every character's gear, bags, reputation, professions, notes and what each class trainer can teach you, with a Weapons list and a Show/Hide known button. A pop-out note window you can leave on screen.

**Item upgrade check**
Hold Shift over a piece of gear for an estimate against what you wear, for your class and spec.

**News**
The roadmap with a countdown, reported beta changes, what changed in the addon, and a **weekly trivia question** with a pop-up when you answer.

**Select and copy text**
Hold Alt and drag over text in the lists, then press Ctrl+C.

**Optional extras (all can be switched off in Settings)**
A small progress tracker (time played, experience, kills, quests, honor, reputation), a minimap button, quest automation that is off by default, key bindings, text size and window options, and an Esc > Options page.

## Install
1. Download the file and unzip the **PsychosForeverHelper** folder into your Forever `Interface/AddOns/` folder.
2. Start the game (or type /reload) and type /pfh.
3. If the game says the addon is out of date, tell me which interface number it shows (type /dump select(4, GetBuildInfo())).

TomTom is supported if you have it installed. Nothing else is needed.

## Good to know
- This is built for the **Forever beta** and a lot of its data comes from guide sites, the beta and the community. Anything not yet seen in the live game is marked as unconfirmed. If something looks wrong, use **Report a problem** in Settings (or /pfh report) and tell me in the comments.
- It uses only the game's documented functions. It does not play the game for you, touch protected actions or send anything anywhere. What it records stays in your own saved variables file.

- **Blizzard Entertainment** is the source of the game art (icons, boss portraits, dungeon and raid pictures) and of the Forever item facts shown in the Database, read from the Forever client datamine by Daybreak (daybreakforever.com), an unofficial fan project; thank you. • 1.53.30: the Map's Rares layer now shows the rares of the levelling zones up to level 35 (and the new Forever zones).
• 1.53.29: you can now select and copy text in the lists (hold Alt, drag over the text, Ctrl+C; Settings > "Select and copy text"); the Raids tab shows Coming soon until the raids open on December 9.
