* No more "default" that won't let you change the positions (still needs testing)
* When you switch between anchoring Quartz Casting Bar or free, it will hide/unhide the necessary options
* Now there's options to hide and lock the anchor bar
* Enable/Disable combo point bar
* Animation (pulse) for timers about to run out
* Configuration mode (shows all the procs on the bar)
* LibSharedMedia embbed with proxxy now
* Proxxy comes with 3 statusbar textures, 1 font, and several sound files now
* Should completey work without Quartz now (there was a few problems that I finally fixed)
* Can now attach to Blizzard's casting bar
* Cooldown for any custom procs; can be used to time internal cooldowns, or just the regular cooldown on the item or ability
* Less garbage generation
* Custom procs added by spell id had a few bugs, should all be fixed
