    Fix auction scan selection and freshness

    Scan all auction result pages without relying on UI sort state, choose the cheapest profitable exact stack, and expire persisted ore recommendations before each buyout boundary.

    Fix Scan Prices treating every gem as cached at 0c.

    Forced scans used `(not force) and GetFreshGem()`, which is false in
    Lua, and `false ~= nil` skipped live gem queries. Ignore 0c cache
    hits, keep last listed buyout, and page gem listings instead of
    sorting while the browse frame is hidden.
