Pro Raid Canvas is a World of Warcraft add-on that allows raid and party groups to visually collaborate in developing boss encounter tactics and strategies.  The addon provides a simple shared "canvas" with movable graphical symbols corresponding to standard raid markers (skull, diamond, square, etc.).  As one member of the raid/party moves a symbol on the canvas, the change is reflected in the addons of all other raid/party members.

Pro Raid Canvas allows raid/party leaders to visually "draw" their ideas for boss encounter positioning, to supplement verbal/typewritten descriptions in Ventrilo or raid/party chat.  The idea is similar to a "telestrator" used in televised sports broadcasts, used by game announcers to describe and diagram a particular formation or play.  Instead of (or rather, in addition to) Xs and Os, Pro Raid Canvas provides World of Warcraft symbols with familiar meanings to players.

Future improvements to the addon will include functionality to:
- specify which raid/party members may "draw" on the shared canvas according to name/party/role, etc.
- save and load diagrams for fast, easy access

Pro Raid Canvas is not meant to be used during combat, and does not "overlay" symbology on the World of Warcraft game window during boss encounters.

The XML programming for this Add-On includes certain code copied directly from Blizzard's FrameXML files.  The software license for this Add-On does not include that code.
