Adds Classic frames to the default WoW V-Health Bars.
Key Features: Elite & Rare Dragon frames (Gold & Silver Respectfully), Level Numbers (Changes color relative to LvL Diff( Changes to a skull if much higher)

Only works with Size:1 bars. Sorry i have yet to make a scale adjuster
Works With Several Bar Styles (Legacy Red) (Blocky Cast) & (Thin Bars)
First time coding anything. Good learning experience. Got it done in a day. Recommend anyone who's like me interested but not educated to just give it a go.
