1. Due to complaints about memory usage, the hook handler has been rewritten back to the old 20 argument method, it now has zero memory overhead other than the stack variables deleted after execution. This was not a revert of code, so new features such as passReturnArgs should still work.
2. Added an exceptional hook handler for OnUpdate scripts and functions with OnUpdate in the name. It only passes 1 argument and zero returns.
