Mad Hatter

- Had most of the random togglings of hat/cloak sorted in the last release, but one or two remained.  This release clears up more of them, hopefully all of them... but I can't be sure.  I'll continue to test and fix as it's required.  Maybe working on a project like this is what drove the real Mad Hatter completely gonzo.
