Monster Watch

I've changed the Monster Watch folder name so make sure that you delete the old MW folder.

- Monster Watch now has options which you can configure from the Interface Options. In this version, you can change the colour of the bars and also when to show the Watches Frame.
- Critters are no longer added to the watch.
- Enemy Players being watched will now have a class icon next to their name in the Watches Frame.
- Fixed many parts of the code so that Monster Watch is much more efficient especially while idle.

Note: Monster Watch is still in beta so expect some minor bugs here and there.

There's a problem with Crowd Control spells when they are reapplied that doesn't allow Monster Watch to refresh the Crowd Control spell timers.
