Commands added: 
- bthreshold: [0] Set the score allowed before brackets are blocked. (0 to ignore all 
- saycoef: [1] Set the coefficient for /s violations.
- yellcoef: [1] Set the coefficient for /y violations.
The algo now supports a multiplier for violations, can be set for /s and /y separately. Also, changing the bracket threshold is now supported.
