This puts a button on your screen that, if selected through a click or keybind, targets the displayed raid member and advances itself to the next person in the raid. Right-click on the button or shift-click to move backward through the raid.
ctrl-click to target the selected mob's pet (this does not advance through the raid).
Only shows itself when in a raid.
