    * fixed GOLD SILVER and COPPER to "Gold" "Silver" and "Copper" - works fine now.

    * fixed bug where items you had previously looted would show up when other people looted
    * fixed bug where items you had previously looted would show up when you created items
    * changed format of 'create' messages to: 'Created: <item>x#' from '<item>x# (# total)' due to unfixable (due to client lag) wrong numbers being displayed in the 'total' field.
    * removed trigger for 'tradeskills' - 'created' messages should do the same thing.
