This addon does not work for 2.4.3 due to changes made by Blizzard.
Since Blizzard have made it obvious that they don't want automated switching to be done I will not entertain ideas on how to work around it.**
The addon will be kept here for future reference.

Librameister is an addon to automate switching of librams depending on certain requirements.
Features:
-Autoequips right after you cast your spell so you won't incur any extra global cooldown
-Customizable - You're not locked to using any specific libram, configure it to use the libram which you have
-Works with Libram of mending, only equip it when you're missing the buff, use other librams once it's up.
-Detects Blessing of Light or Greater Blessing of light and equips the appropriate libram.
-Detects the resilience buff from librams on your target. Only use the resilience libram if the target is missing the buff
