I'm uploading this because there seems to be problems with other quick fixes and such.

This addon is a simple Action Bar mod that can have up to 5 rows and 12 columns, you can have this either Vertically or Horizontally. It's adjustable in many ways.

There is a file in the zip called PopBar.lua put it in your "\WTF\Account\<NAME>\SavedVariables\" Folder.
