- Fixed "page 0" being the focus when the Moleskine data variable was empty. (issue #11)
- Added Mail To... button that populates the Send Mail page with subject and body.
- Hooked the "Take Plain Letter" attachment. It now saves the text of the mail into your Moleskine as well as making a copy in your inventory.
