Name Tag

NOTE: This is a 'beta', could be buggy. I hope not though! NOTE 2: You must, must, must configure NTConfig.lua after installing. All you need to do is put in your name, and if you're using this for your guild, make a custom guild channel for the plugin to communicate with.

How often do you think "Okay, who is Biggreenalt again? Johnny? Laura? Bill? Argh!"

Well, Name Tag is meant to save the confusion that occurs with guild alt-itis!

What it does is displays the characters "main character" name in the chat panel just before their message, so that you know who they are!

For example:

[Biggreenalt] : {Johnny} - Hey, what's up! I made a new character!

or if it is their main character, it places an asterisk before their message:

[Johnny] : * - Hey, how are you!

Also, should your guild provide a properly formatted database of names with the plugin's config file, you can look up the names of all of someone's alts with the command.

/whois Johnny

OR

/wi Johnny

will list all of Johnny's alts.

This add-on has very limited functionality in beta. All it does is what is described above. Guildmasters should alter the config file for your guild's own custom subchannel where the names are passed back and forth between characters.
