SelfCastFix v1.8

Changes: Updated toc to indicate support for UI version 30000. No changes were needed, so you don't need to update. This is simply to show the mod is still functioning and removes the "out of date" message.

You must have the BindHack library installed to use this add-on. It is NOT included in this file.
