   Converted all WAVs to OGGs since PlaySoundFile() no longer supports custom WAV files.

   Attempting to play sounds without providing a file extension will now default to OGG.
   
   WAV files will now attempt to be played as OGG files (e.g. Sound.wav will instead try to play Sound.ogg)
