Fixed the Switchboard logo

Switchboard will no longer loop all MP3 files. Only the following events will play looped MP3's:

Mount Flight Path In Combat at 25% Health or Less

Made several improvements to the way Switchboard plays sounds.

Built-in sounds are now fully supported. The following examples are valid:

LEVELUPSOUND Sound\\Character\\Tauren\\TaurenMale\\TaurenMaleMoo01.wav

Fixed the /sbplay (or /sbsnd) command
