Addon by Whitetooth, Cenarius server.

Adds a target's target frame with the same look and feel of default frame, shows 16 debuffs and 5 buffs, just like the default frames too.

Ulek has taken over the development of this mod, and did a nice job of adding most of the stuff I was planning to do too, please check the following link for 1.8 updates.
