this addon checks which spells rank are already on any action bars and highlights em in the speelbookframe.
usefull to be sure which ranks of spells are being used, wrote this for char leveling mainly...
to do:
- warrior stance / rogue stealth and similar cause no event, and spellbook is not updated
- still missing documentation on actionbars numbers/meaning, scanning all 108 for now
