Ignition - Ignite tracker

This addon keeps track of the ignite debuff in a small frame, it tells you who started the ignite, what it currently ticks for, and how much times it stacked

note: to find out how much the ignite ticks for and who started it the mob has to be in combatlog range and the ignite has to tick at least once (so thats 2 seconds after it is initialy applied), the ignite tick damage will also only update the tick damage when an ignite actualy ticks
