Bypasses Bind on Pickup popup when not grouped.
This AddOn tries to loot the BoP item as soon as possible, however, without Chronos/CosmosSchedule I have found that looting immediately is... unwise.
AutoBindOnPickup has been made obsolete by PopupHandler:
