Titan Panel [AQTrack]

This Titan plugin displays the progress of the Ahn'Qiraj war effort. It relies on the data gathered by the AQTrack addon.

It can display the total server progress, the total alliance progress and the total horde progress. It can also be used to configure the AQTrack options, and to open the AQTrack window.

Until the official AQTrack addon is updated, I have provided a version here which supports Titan Panel [AQTrack]. It contains the following modifications:

* Adds support for Titan Panel [AQTrack].
* Displays per centage values with one decimal.
* Corrects "/aqtrack channel".
* Shows the "Close Window" button.
* Uses an existing highlight texture for the title bar buttons.
