- Convert some local variables to globals to support the upcoming TitanDepositBox and FubarDepositBox
- Remove old SavedVariables conversion routines.
- Bypass DepositBox_New_PaperDollItemSlotButton_OnClick routine since Blizzard has not fixed their taint bug when touching that routine yet. Items sold directly from wearing them, or single item repairs of worn items will NOT be included in DepositBox calculations. Items in your bags that are sold or repaired are calculated correctly.
- Fixed "zero stored money on login" bug. Big thanks go to ripp88.
- Fixed "DurabilityFu compatiblity" bug. Thanks Illiath.
- WoW 2.1 api compatibility fix. GetXXFrame() changed to GetUIPanel(XX). Thanks Dridzt.
