SanityBags:
- Fixed bag counter so that it is updated after the inventory changes rather than before (not an elegant fix, but it works). Also added button to the filter that will eventually open a menu that will allow the user to more easily configure bag filters (currently it just clears the filter).

SanityBags:
- Updated client version to 20300 after testing on PTR. Items in the bank will now be displayed in bags when the bank is open. Right clicking items will move items in and out of the bank, as usual.

SanityBags: Updated client version to 20200. Fixed problem with lua error when opening a bag that doesn't exist, and added fix that should help bags update more reliably. Also did some code rearranging to help me keep wrap my brain around things.
