RepTracker:
 - Code reduction with the lessons learned on my new project.  RepTracker is now roughly 15% smaller.  Will monitor for a bit before pushing as a release.
 - /rt track by itself, will now set the database to the faction your tracking (manual database setting [per Beorn])
