Manikin: Initial Commit
 - Manikin is a roleplayer's addon.  It responds to in-game events with user defined random emotes and sayings.  Also uses timers to allow idle emotes while walking, following another, on a flight path, or stationary.  All aspects of randomness, delay, and minimum time between emotes is user configurable.
