New Features for beta 33

• Visual rotation indicators, shows who's next in the rotation and who should be tranqing.
• Automated warnings for if you're next in the rotation, or if you should be casting right now.
• The much asked for "Next Hunter" setting and message setup.
• Display warning messages using a large selection of addons (Blizzard Floating Combat Text, Grayhoof's SCT, Mik's Scrolling Battle Text, CT_RaidAssist, Big Wigs, and La Vendetta).
• Option to broadcast no visible cast messages.
• The frenzy buff shows on a mob only as long as the debuff stays on them when not removed by tranquilizing shot.
• Added options and rotation broadcast buttons on the timer bar for quick access.

Fixes

• Debuff timers show up again.
• Feign Death won't get "stuck" on hunters.
• "Missed" and "Failed" warnings on the timers no longer disappear prematurely from the bars.
• Hunter timers will no longer get shown battleground raid groups.
• When using the "Hide Outside of Raid" feature the timer bars will now longer show up at the start of battleground raid groups.
