Auto-reply whisp message on !info command with current progress on Mythic+ dungeons

Helpful command when you play with some friends on Mythic+ dungeons.
When someone will whisp you !info he will get automatic response with dungeon progress status.
WeakAura is enabled only in Mythic+ dungeons.
Example usage:
[W From] [70:Friend]: !info[W To] [70:Friend]: [+7] Brackenhide Hollow. Killed: 1 / 4, Time left: 15:58, Deaths: 2
