EN:
- When a panel's background is set to Experience or Reputation, the default Blizzard status bar (XP/reputation) is hidden to avoid duplication.
- Turning the background off, or disabling the panel, brings the standard bar back.
RU:
- Когда фон панели задан как «Опыт» или «Репутация», штатная полоса Близзард (опыт/репутация) скрывается, чтобы не дублировать.
- Выключение фона или отключение самой панели возвращает стандартную полосу.
