Definite fix to the Restore [LOCKED] issue: AceDB defaulted to Restore [LOCKED] so save never knew that it should save.

- Ability to load restore profile has been restored!
- Save a restore at startup so we dont end up overwriting any changes made by the user!
- Tests are now passing as well!

* Restore [LOCKED] is empty when it saves the first time [Fresh installed addon] -> blocked any attempt to load it. Permanent fix is being worked on with highest priority!
